What is your Return Policy?

At IronPeak Equipment, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@ironpeakequipment.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Made in the USADesigned for rugged performance, the King Electric KBP Series heaters offer versatile heating in garages or shops up to 600 square feet. A “pic-a-watt” element lets you select from a range of wattage options to tailor it to your room conditions. This is a 240-volt heater that’s proudly made in the United States.

Pic-A-Watt Element for Large or Small Areas

The KBP heater is the industry standard for multi-wattage garage and industrial heaters. The King Electric KBP2406 model uses the exclusive multi-tap element that can be adjusted to several wattages when you install it.

It includes steel sheath elements with different resistance levels that let you pick between these wattage levels: 950, 1,900, 2,850, 3,800, 4,750, and 5,700. Use lower wattage for medium size spaces, and for large, cold environments, select high wattage options.

Note: This is a single-phase heater that uses up to 24 amps.

  • Fan-Forced Heating: An aluminum fan blade helps push warm air around your space, while a fan delay slowly cools down to maximize the heat exchange

  • Corrosion-Resistant: Its powder-coated, textured finish will stand up in any garage, warehouse, or other work area.
  • Mounting: With the universal mounting bracket, mount this heater to the ceiling or wall to free up floor space.

Easily set the ideal temperature with simple manual controls:

  • Adjustable Thermostat: Set your heat level by turning the knob. Six heat levels between 40 - 85 degrees F are available with up to 19,449 BTUs.
  • Mode: A second control knob has three choices: Off, fan-only, and heat. Choose one and then set your ideal room temperature using the thermostat.
  • Flow Through Design: Air is pulled from the back and released out the front for immediate and efficient heating.
